What if I already have a logo and some branding?

Amazing. We’ll build on what’s working and help fill the gaps—whether that’s fresh brand photos, refining your voice, or getting consistent on social. You don’t have to start over to level up, sometimes you just need a helping hand.

How much of my time will this take?

We know you’re busy—our process is intentionally streamlined, collaborative, and organized.
+ Most Project Packages are completed in about 6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery and require 3-4 hours from you in face-to-face* time. You’ll have a kickoff session to answer a few key questions and then we’ll take the reins, keeping you looped in for approvals and feedback along the way.
+ Monthly services are ongoing, and we always work around your schedule and business flow. Those services require up to 2 hours of creative capture time and 1 hour of face-to-face time to walk through the strategy before it's approved and executed on.
With all our options, you’ll get a clear timeline before we begin, and we’ll stay in touch every step of the way.

*Face-to-face time can be a physical meeting or a virtual call (FaceTime or Zoom) - whatever works best for you.

What if I don’t have a logo or any branding yet?

Perfect—we’ll start from scratch. Your Brand Expression Package includes everything you need to get clear on your message, visuals, and how you show up online. We’ll guide you step-by-step and handle the heavy lifting.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

Nope! While we’re located and love working with other businesses in Central NY, we also support clients remotely for strategy, design, and content planning. If you’re not local but interested in a brand photography and videography shoot, we’ll talk about travel options or help coordinate with local collaborators.

What happens after our project work wraps?

We won’t leave you hanging. You’ll walk away 6-ish weeks after we start with everything you need to move forward with clarity and confidence—plus templates, guides, and content that you can actually use. Many of our clients stick with us for monthly support (social management or content creation), but there’s no pressure.
